If for any reason you are not satisfied with the products received, please contact us. At Pendi.dk we strive to satisfy our customers 100% with the product they have ordered from us. If you have a problem with the shipment or the product and you are dissatisfied, please contact us using the form below and our team will help you as soon as possible!

1. 1. WHAT IS THE RETURN TIME?
You can return a product within 30 days of receiving it from us.

2. HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE BEFORE I RECEIVE MY MONEY BACK?
A full refund will be issued to the original payment method once we have received the products, inspected them and confirmed that they have no signs of use. All customers must contact us after returning the package and provide tracking information so we can process the refund.
Please note: most financial institutions take an average of 3-5 working days to process the refund.

3. WHY CAN’T ANY OF YOUR BEAUTY AND HEALTH PRODUCTS BE RETURNED AFTER BEING OPENED?
Some of our beauty and health products are considered hygiene products. We take hygiene and general safety seriously and do not allow opened products to be returned for the safety of all our customers. We are not alone - other beauty and health product suppliers do not allow the return of opened products for the same reason.

4. Do I have to pay for the delivery of my return?
Yes, all customers are responsible for their own return shipping costs. We recommend that you send your return with a tracking option, as we cannot take responsibility for lost returns.

5. Can I return my product without contacting you?
You must contact us before sending your return, as the return address may differ from the address where your order originally came from.

6. HOW CAN I CONTACT YOU?

7. My item is damaged, what should I do?
To get the fastest resolution, please include a photo showing the poor quality or damaged part of the item. The most optimal photos are on a flat surface, with the tag and defect clearly visible. We use this information to help you with your order and to prevent errors in the future.

8. I MISSED THE PACKAGE FOR DELIVERY
If you missed the delivery of your package, it will be returned to the carrier's nearest distribution center. If you do not collect the package within two weeks, the package will be returned to us. We will then charge the financial handling costs (SEK 49).

9. I no longer have the original packaging, WHAT NOW?
Unfortunately we cannot accept returns without packaging. We can no longer sell items without the original packaging.
